By accessing or using the Eidak platform ("Platform"), operated by Marwan Samir Mostafa Atia ("Operator", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
The Platform is a marketplace connecting individuals seeking services ("Posters") with independent service providers ("Helpers"). Eidak is not a party to any agreement between Posters and Helpers and does not employ, supervise, or control Helpers.
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of Egypt to use the Platform. By registering, you represent that all information provided is accurate and current.
You must register using a valid Egyptian phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Eidak provides a technology platform that enables Posters to post tasks and receive bids from Helpers. The Platform facilitates communication, payment processing, and dispute resolution. Eidak does not guarantee the quality, timing, or completion of any task.
Posting a task is free. When a Poster accepts a bid, a platform fee of 10% is added on top of the bid amount. The Poster pays the bid amount plus the 10% platform fee. The Helper receives 100% of their bid amount.
All payments are processed through our payment partner, Paymob. Amounts are held in escrow until the task is confirmed as completed. All amounts are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
When a bid is accepted, the total amount (bid + platform fee) is charged and held in escrow. The escrow amount is released to the Helper only after the Poster confirms task completion, or automatically after 24 hours if no dispute is filed.
Tasks may be cancelled before work begins. After work has started, cancellation is subject to the mutual cancellation process. Refunds from escrow are subject to a processing fee of 2% of the escrow amount or 10 EGP, whichever is less.
Helpers who repeatedly cancel accepted tasks may face account suspension. Three cancellation strikes within 30 days result in a 7-day suspension.
Either party may file a dispute within the task lifecycle. Our support team will review disputes and may request evidence from both parties. Resolution may include full or partial refunds, payment release, or account action.
You agree not to: (a) post false, misleading, or fraudulent content; (b) harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users; (c) use the Platform for illegal activities; (d) circumvent the Platform's payment system; (e) create multiple accounts; (f) share your account credentials.
Helpers may be required to complete identity verification by submitting a valid Egyptian National ID and a live selfie. Verification is reviewed by our team and does not guarantee the trustworthiness or competence of any user.
The Platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by the Operator. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eidak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Eidak's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or repeated complaints. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page. Data will be retained for 30 days for regulatory compliance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email.
