You can cancel your task at any time before accepting a bid — no fees or consequences.
After accepting a bid, both parties must agree to cancel. The escrow amount is refunded minus a processing fee (2% or 10 EGP, whichever is less).
If the poster cancels after work has started without valid reason, cancellation fees may apply depending on task progress.
If a helper cancels after accepting a task, they receive a cancellation strike. 3 strikes in 30 days = 7-day suspension.
