Do's

Treat everyone with respect and kindness

Be punctual — everyone's time matters

Communicate clearly about task details and expectations

Pay and receive payments only through the platform — escrow protects you

Write honest and fair reviews after every task

Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior immediately

Respect the other party's privacy — never share their personal information

Follow local laws and regulations in all tasks

Don't communicate or pay outside the platform

Don't post offensive or inappropriate content

Don't use fake accounts or false information

Don't harass, threaten, or discriminate against any user

Don't cancel tasks repeatedly without valid reasons

Don't manipulate the review system with fake reviews

Don't provide services outside the agreed task scope

Don't share your password or account credentials with anyone

First minor violation results in a written warning.

Warning

Repeated violations lead to 7-30 day account suspension.

Suspension

Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent account termination.

Ban

Fraud or criminal behavior may be referred to the appropriate authorities.

Legal

If you see any behavior that violates these guidelines, report it immediately. We investigate every report confidentially.
