Eidak is a technology platform operating as an online marketplace connecting service seekers with independent service providers. The platform facilitates communication and payment but is not a party to the service contract between users.
Payments are processed through Paymob, licensed by the Central Bank of Egypt. Eidak does not store credit card details or sensitive payment data on its servers.
We comply with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020. For more information about how we process your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
We comply with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. For any service-related complaints, please contact us first at support@eidak.com. If your complaint is not resolved, you have the right to contact the Consumer Protection Agency.
The platform operates in accordance with Egyptian e-commerce regulations and the Anti-Cyber Crime Law No. 175 of 2018.
The "Eidak" trademark, logo, platform design, and content are the intellectual property of Marwan Samir Mostafa Atia. No element of the platform may be used without prior written permission.
Eidak is an intermediary platform only. We do not employ or supervise service providers. We do not guarantee the quality, timing, or completion of any service arranged through the platform. The relationship between task poster and helper is independent of Eidak.
This legal notice and all legal relationships related to the platform are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The competent courts of Cairo, Egypt have exclusive jurisdiction.
